The four-story building holds 208 beds, with 50 standard four-bed suites (12 of which are ADA accessible), four RA suites (one on each floor), and one RA suite on the first floor. Residential amenities include laundry, trash and common area/study rooms on all floors. The first floor has the main lobby, offices, multipurpose room, and a game room.

A deck at the rear side of the building facing a lake makes for an ideal exterior space for the residents. Sitework includes parking, sidewalk, and landscape work.
